1. Eligibility for Replacement

Replacements are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

We do not offer replacements for reasons related to personal preferences or minor color/texture variations due to handmade nature.
2. What We Need From You

Email us at hello@poonamsdecor.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Our team will verify the claim within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.
3. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.

In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned. If so, we will cover the return shipping.
4. Non-Replacement Cases

Damage caused by mishandling or accidents after delivery.

Delays caused by courier partners or customs.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".
5. For USA Customers

We ship replacements directly from our India studio.

Standard shipping timelines may apply (7–15 business days).

No additional customs duty will be charged for replacement items.
