At Poonam’s Decor, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Replacement

  • Replacements are offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify.

  • We do not offer replacements for reasons related to personal preferences or minor color/texture variations due to handmade nature.

2. What We Need From You

  • Email us at hello@poonamsdecor.com with your Order ID and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

  • Our team will verify the claim within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.

3. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.

  • In some cases, we may request that the original item be returned. If so, we will cover the return shipping.

4. Non-Replacement Cases

  • Damage caused by mishandling or accidents after delivery.

  • Delays caused by courier partners or customs.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

5. For USA Customers

  • We ship replacements directly from our India studio.

  • Standard shipping timelines may apply (7–15 business days).

  • No additional customs duty will be charged for replacement items.
